memefabmemefab is on the GIWA Sepolia testnet. Testnet ETH and tokens have no monetary value. Memecoins can go to zero — play small, for fun.
Fees
All fees are set in the contracts and fixed per token at launch. A later change can only apply to tokens launched after it. A token you already hold keeps the rules it launched with.
These are the fees of the current testnet generation (factory
0x1962…1091). Testnet ETH has no value, so on testnet these fees cost nothing real.
On the curve (before graduation)

So on a 1 ETH buy outside the clean room, 0.01 ETH is the fee: 0.007 ETH to the creator and 0.003 ETH to the protocol. The other 0.99 ETH buys tokens.

Anyone can trigger fee collection from the locker. The fees go only to the creator and the protocol treasury, and neither address can be changed.
Creator earnings
- Curve fees build up in the curve contract. The creator claims them from Me → Claim (
claimCreatorFees). - LP fees are paid out when someone triggers a collection on the locker.
- The creator's share is visible on each token's Audit tab under Fees and liquidity.
What memefab never charges
- No listing fee and no fee to launch.
- No card payments or bank transfers. memefab never takes fiat and never asks you to send funds to us.
- No paid placement in the organic ranking. Discover is never for sale.
Gas
Every transaction also pays GIWA network gas, which goes to the network and not to memefab. On GIWA Sepolia you pay it with faucet ETH.
