Risks

Read this before you use memefab. It covers the risks in plain words. The Terms are the binding version.

Risk What it means
Memecoins can go to zero Most tokens never graduate, and most that graduate lose most of their value. Prices move on attention and sentiment, not fundamentals. Only use what you can afford to lose entirely.
Anyone can launch anything memefab does not review tokens. Names, tickers and images can be copied or misleading. The contract address is the only reliable identifier.
Creators and early buyers can sell A creator's disclosed first buy, or wallets the creator controls but that look unrelated, can be sold at any time. The Audit tab shows patterns, but it cannot prove who owns which wallet.
Bots and ordering The clean room prices the first 30 seconds but does not block bots. After it ends, transaction ordering, bots and other users' trades can move your price. Slippage limits only cap how much.
Locked liquidity is not a price floor A locked LP cannot be withdrawn, but the price can still fall as holders sell into the pool.
Smart contract risk The contracts are public but not independently audited. Bugs can lose funds.
Third-party risk The GIWA network, RPC providers, wallets, IPFS gateways and the DEX are run by others. Any of them can fail, stall or change.
Data can be wrong or late Prices, charts, market caps, badges and Audit panels are informational. They come from our indexer and may lag or be mistaken. The chain is the source of truth.
Irreversible transactions Signed transactions are final. We cannot reverse trades or recover lost keys.
Impersonation and phishing Clone sites, fake bots and fake support accounts target new users. Use only the addresses in Official links & safety.
Regulation and tax Rules for digital assets differ by country and can change. You are responsible for your own compliance and taxes.
Testnet specifics Testnet assets have no value. Contracts may be redeployed, and tokens on old contracts may disappear from the app.

What memefab's mechanics do and do not do

Mechanic Does Does not
Clean room Makes buying in the first 30 s expensive and caps each wallet Stop one person from using many wallets, or protect you after 30 s
First-buy disclosure Shows the creator's opening position Limit its size or stop the creator selling, unless they chose to lock it
Permanent metadata Stops a bait-and-switch of name and picture Make the token's story true
LP lock Stops anyone withdrawing graduated liquidity Hold the price up
Audit tab Shows on-chain patterns with sources Judge whether a token is good or honest
Call it Shows a caller's real position and disclosure Make the caller right
