memefab is on the GIWA Sepolia testnet. Testnet ETH and tokens have no monetary value. Memecoins can go to zero — play small, for fun.

Terms & Privacy

The binding documents are on memefab.fun:

Terms of Service: who may use memefab, what it is and is not, how tokens work, the risks you accept, conduct rules, content moderation, and liability.
Privacy Policy: what we collect (public wallet and on-chain data, what you publish, short-lived technical logs), what we do not (no name, email or ID, no selling data, no advertising cookies), and how regional checks work.

If these docs and the Terms ever disagree, the Terms win.

In short

You must be 18 or older and not in a restricted country or region.
memefab is a non-custodial interface. It is not a broker, exchange, adviser or custodian.
Tokens are created by users. Listing on memefab is not an endorsement.
Market manipulation is prohibited: wash trading, spoofing, coordinated pumps, and fake holders or volume from your own wallets. So is impersonation, and so is content that infringes someone else's rights.
memefab may hide tokens, images, links or calls on its own interface. Hiding something does not change the blockchain.
Material changes to the Terms are announced at least 14 days in advance.
